RFQ/24/25/40/B PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM ENGINEER FOR OUR CENTRAL PROVINCE - BLOEMFONTEIN ANNEX BUILDING Please find the following as reference: The objective is to secure services of a Professional Service Provider (PSP) to conduct an assessment of the Fire Protection Systems on a lump sum contract basis. To conduct ASIB & FSIB inspections and obtain certification thereof amongst other statutory certification i.e. Fire Certificate, etc. GATEKEEPER CRITERIA: 1. Attendance of compulsory - site inspections. 2. Bidders must submit a completed RFQ document and Pricing Schedule in full and in the format provided by SAPO attached to this bid document. 3. Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents. 3.1 Service Provider must be registered. Please note we have two site inspections on this RFQ Thursday, June 20, 2024 @ 11h00 Bloemfontein Annex Building, cnr. East Burger and St. Andrew Street, Bloemfontein Closing date: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 26, 2024 @ 11H00 Clarification: Bidders are encouraged to submit clarification questions in writing to South African Post Office Officials not later than 2024/06/24 @ 09H00.
