RFQ/24/25/06/B GAUTENG – WITSPOS – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES – WAREHOUSE ROOF ASSESSMENT Please find the following as reference: Witspos Mail Centre is situated at Cnr Rouilard street and Northern Parkway, Ormonde, Johannesburg. The roof require a comprehensive assessment to determine remedial action because of numerous roof leaks and any other findings as may be identified and determined during the assessment. GATEKEEPER CRITERIA: 1. Attendance of compulsory briefing session and site inspection. 2. Bidders must submit a completed RFQ document and BOQ Assessment request in full and in the format provided by SAPO attached to this bid document, including the Pricing Schedule. 3. Bidders must submit the following mandatory documents. 3.1 Technical Requirements: Bidder to provide proof of a valid registration with ECSA [Structural Engineer [member in good standing and active at closing date and time.
