Description

To establish a lease agreement of approximately (4200m2 - 5720m²) of rentable land with building structures with total floor space of (600m2 – 1350m²) which will be used for Office space with a minimum of 14 Open or Covered parking bays for vehicles, the property is to be located within a 1.5km radius from the current site based at ERFs 167/169, Blenheim Street, Riebeeckstad, 6469 Bloemfontein which is currently used as Duiker CNC, for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2023 and not extending beyond 31 March 2026.
