APPOINTMENT OF A CONSULTANCY SERVICES TO ASSIST THE INDEPENDENT COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY OF SOUTH AFRICA (“ICASA”) WITH THE LICENSING PROCESS OF AN INDIVIDUAL ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK SERVICE (I-ECNS) AND RADIO FREQUENCY SPECTRUM (RFS) LICENCES FOR THE WIRELESS OPEN ACCESS NETWORK SERVICE (WOAN) FOR A PERIOD OF 12 MONTHS, THAT WILL BE SUBMITTED IN TERMS OF SECTION 9 OF THE ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS ACT, 36 OF 2005 (“THE EC ACT”). SUITABLE AND REPUTABLE SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT A SKILLS AUDIT FOR ICASA FOR A PERIOD OF NINE (9) MONTHS AN 80/20 PPPFA 2000, PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT REGULATION: 2017.
