To obtain leased office premises for the South African Human Rights Commission’s (Commission) Eastern Cape Provincial office. The Commission requires office space for their offices at Eastern Cape (East London), for a 5-year lease, starting from 1 April 2026 until 31 March 2031 with an exit clause due to any material breach of contract.
